Refund Policy
We don’t offer Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.
Once your package is dropped off we are no longer responsible for what happens during shipping. We do everything we can to make sure each and every crystal is packaged with care so it could make it to you safely. If your package is missing, or damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.
All USPS packages come with $100 in insurance if additional coverage is needed please reach out so it can be added for an additional cost.
payments
Payments can be completed with any major credit or debit card.. We also accept Klarna & Affirm.
All live sale payments are due within 24 hours or you may be blocked from my page so no allowed to claim in the future. Anyone who abandoned their box will also be blocked.
We will either list your live sale invoice on our website or send invoice via the email provided.
We have the right to refuse a sale.
Shipping & Processing
Processing time is 5-8 business days. Most of the time it’s much sooner. I’m the only one packing and sending out orders so that’s why it may take a little bit longer than usual, but I always try my best to get them out as fast as I possibly can.
Shipping through my website is to US ONLY. If you’re interested in international shipping, please send a Direct message through instagram and I can go over prices with you. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any Customs/Import fees.
